Come out for a fun night of trivia to benefit Newton Schools Foundation. There’ll be wings from Buff’s Pub, a cash bar, prizes, and snacks, all to support Newton Schools Foundation’s mission of fostering excellence and equity in the Newton Public Schools (NPS). The trivia portion will be hosted by Games with James.

You may have heard of the Newton Schools Foundation (NSF), but do you know what it does? With donations from community supporters, Newton Schools Foundation provides grant money for new approaches in the classroom, professional development for teachers, and programs that promote equity for all NPS students.

Recent grants helped fund Take-a-Break spaces at each elementary school, new tools for language learning, and training to improve instructional leadership and teaching practices. NSF’s fundraising supports every public school in Newton, and since it was founded in 1985 it has granted more than $4 million to Newton Public Schools.Post 440, 295 California Street
